Heather Ebanks

With over 15 years of experience in payroll administration across Canada and the U.S., Heather brings strong expertise in full-cycle processing, compliance, and HR systems implementation, management and design across diverse organizational structures.

Skilled in a wide range of platforms—including SAP, Workday, ADP, and UKG - Heather led the successful implementation of UKG Pro and UKG Pro Workforce Management at Redberry. Certified in both Canadian and U.S. payroll, she ranked among the top three certification results in the Greater Toronto Area through the National Payroll Institute. Heather holds a BBA with a Specialist in Accounting from the University of Toronto, achieving results in the top 15% of the program leading to induction with the Golden Key International Honours Society.
