Maria Kourouklis

Maria is a fully bilingual leader with seventeen years of human resources experience. During her career she has executed human resources strategies within various organizational contexts to foster engagement, talent acquisition, employee relations and innovation. Maria has held human resources leadership roles in various sectors such as manufacturing, health services, education and business aviation. Maria is responsible for leading the execution of human resources operations at Redberry. Maria obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in HR Management from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales Montréal (HEC).
